Venue Policy

GENERAL RESTAURANT POLICIES

  • The restaurant is open every day from 7 PM until 3 AM. From Sunday to Wednesday, the last seating for dinner is at 00.00 AM and the last food order is at 00.15 AM (kitchen closes at 00.30 AM). Thursday, Friday, and Saturday the last seating for dinner is 00.30 AM, and the last food order is at 00.45 AM (kitchen closes at 01.00 AM).
  • Our dress code is smart and elegant. Please be advised that caps, flip-flops, open-toe shoes, shorts, and sportswear are not permitted. Traditional wear is welcome.
  • Your table will be booked for a maximum of 2 hours from the reservation time.
  • Kindly note that table preferences are considered but not guaranteed.
  • As per company policy, only the host is entitled to pay, nobody else; unless the host verbally agrees to Amelia’s management that one of the guests can pay the bill.
  • Guests above the age of 3 and under 21 years old are most welcome in the restaurant’s fine dining area for the first seating only (7 PM/7.30 PM).
  • In compliance with the UAE Law, guests must be above 21 years old for alcohol service in all areas of the restaurant.
  • As per company policy, bringing outside food or beverage is not permitted in the venue. Any guests wishing to bring in a cake for a celebration are permitted to do so, but an AED 45 supplementary charge per person will be implemented for this request.
  • Pregnant women are allowed to dine in non-smoking areas only.
  • Please let us know if there is any special occasion you are celebrating and/or dietary requirements that we need to be aware of.

 

RESTAURANT & LOUNGE MINIMUM SPENDING

  • Minimum spending on food and beverages of AED 600 per person applies for any party size from Thursday to Saturday for all bookings from 9 PM onwards.

 

GROUP BOOKING

  • For group booking a minimum spending of AED 600 per person applies for large parties of 10 to 12 guests (applicable daily).
  • A set menu is required for groups of more than 12 guests (terms & conditions apply).

 

NO-SHOW POLICY (Applicable for Thursday, Friday & Saturday from 9 PM onwards)

  • Your booking status remains pending until your Credit Card details are verified.
  • Please note that your booking will be released if we do not receive your Credit Card details within 2-hours of receiving your booking request.
  • Your reservation will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes from your reservation timing, after which it be marked as a no-show and the system will automatically release your table. Please note a no-show charge is AED 120 per person.

 

VOYAGE “PRIVATE ROOM” POLICIES

  • Voyage is open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 11.30 PM until 03.00 AM. The last call for drinks is at 02.45 AM; the lights turn on and the music gets cut automatically at 03.00 AM.
  • Kindly note we have a strict mixed group door policy with a smart & elegant dress code. No shorts, beachwear clothes/accessories, or sportswear are allowed. Entry will be denied for any guest wearing shorts, sportswear, hoodies, caps, or flat open shoes for both Ladies and Gentlemen. All guests are required to be a minimum age of 21 years.
  • A minimum bottle service charge is applicable for all reservations from AED950 per person.
  • Your reservation will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes from your reservation timing, after which it be marked as a no-show and the system will automatically release your table. Should you be running late, please inform us. In case of lateness, we will try to hold your table, but we can’t guarantee that your table will be still available.
