Venue Policy

GENERAL RESTAURANT POLICIES

• A credit card is required to confirm the reservation during Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
  for all the bookings from 9:00 PM onwards.
• Your reservation will be confirmed when we have pre-authorization on your credit card.
• If we cannot verify your credit card within 2 hours, your reservation will be released.

• We are open daily from 7pm to 3am.
• We have a smart and elegant dress code, so please note that caps, flip-flops, open-
  toe shoes, shorts, and sportswear are not allowed. Traditional wear is always welcome.
• Your table will be held for 15 minutes after your reservation time. After that, we will
  have to mark your reservation as a no-show and a charge of AED 120 per person will
  apply.
• Your table will be reserved for 2 hours from your reservation time.
• A minimum spend of AED 600 per person applies on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
  for reservations from 9pm onwards.
• We will endeavor to accommodate your table area request (smoking or non-
  smoking), but we cannot guarantee it.
• As a principle, only the host is expected to pay; unless the host verbally agrees with
  our management that someone else can settle on their behalf.
• Young guests between 13 to 20 yrs. old are allowed to dine latest by 11:00 PM in the
  non-smoking area and ages 3 to 12 yrs. old are most welcome in the non-smoking
  area at 7/7:30PM with 2 hours dining experience and under 3 yrs. old is not permitted.
• Pregnant women are allowed to dine in the non-smoking area.
• In compliance with the UAE Law, Guests must be over 21 years old to drink alcohol in
  all areas of the restaurant.
• Guests are not allowed to bring outside food or drinks into the restaurant. If you would
  like to bring a cake for celebration, there is a supplementary charge of AED 45 per
  person.
• Please let us know if you are celebrating a special occasion or have any dietary
  requirements and we will be happy to accommodate.

RESTAURANT & LOUNGE MINIMUM SPENDING
Minimum spending on food and beverages of AED 600 per person applies for any
party size from Thursday to Saturday for all bookings from 9 PM onwards. (If no alcohol
consumption, the minimum spending will be AED 400 on food only).

GROUP BOOKING

• For group booking a minimum spending of AED 850 per person applies for large parties of 10 guests and above.
•  A set menu is recommended for groups of more than 12 guests (terms & conditions
  apply).

VOYAGE “PRIVATE ROOM” POLICIES

• Voyage is open Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 12:00 AM until 03.00 AM. The
  last call for drinks is at 02.45 AM; the lights turn on and the music gets cut automatically
  at 03.00 AM.
• Kindly note we have a strict mixed group door policy with a smart & elegant dress
  code. No shorts, beachwear clothes/accessories, or sportswear are allowed. Entry will
  be denied for any guest wearing shorts, sportswear, hoodies, caps, or flat open shoes
  for both Ladies and Gentlemen. All guests are required to be a minimum age of 21
  years.
  A minimum bottle service charge is applicable for all reservations from 950 AED per
  person.
• Your reservation will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes from your reservation timing,
  after which it be marked as a no-show and the system will automatically release your
  table. Should you be running late, please inform us. In case of lateness, we will try to
  hold your table, but we can’t guarantee that your table will be still available.
